Tea Ceremony is an opportunity to let all the worries of the world melt into a cup of tea. 

In this sacred space, tea invites us to experience life through all our senses, to feel its energy, or chi, flowing through us. Tea has the power to break down barriers, turn down the noise of our daily lives to strengthen the connection within, with those around us, as well as with Nature.

Gradually, wisdom, clarity, and presence emerges as we show up to this practice. At the heart of Cha Dao, or the 'way of tea', we surrender to the flow and allow what wants to be arise in the moment be witnessed. This is your invitation to enter a space of pure presence, and to reflect upon yourself and the world around you with love.

This practice is open to all walks of life, all backgrounds, for the art and practice of drinking tea in ceremony has no boundary. Experienced or not, all is welcome to enjoy the gift tea has to offer.
