Unopened and Unused Products

We accept returns and exchanges of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Before sending back any products, kindly contact us to obtain a return authorization number and instructions.

Opened or Used Products

We do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products unless they are defective or damaged during transit. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will promptly send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Final Sale Items

Perishable goods such as tea, supplements, etc can not be returned after purchase even if unopened.

All experiences can be refunded prior to arrival, but are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. If cancelled 30 days before scheduled experience a full refund may be granted.
