Due to the intimate nature of our gatherings, reservations are required for each visit with Drishti House.

We are located in Montecito, CA, but we do not have a permanent home for our tea house at this time. Each gathering is hosted at various locations around the world.  Make sure to check the event description to understand where it will be hosted.  Arrival instructions are emailed to you after event registration.

Guests are welcome to keep their phones with them during the experience and take an occasional photo, unless noted otherwise. That said, we encourage everyone to be mindful of those around them. Please avoid using flash or bringing professional camera equipment, and refrain from turning the experience into a full photo or video session. Tripods are not permitted in the space.

Due to the intimate nature of our space, it is not appropriate to bring laptops, ipads, or other electronics that may distract you or other guests.  Thank you for understanding.

Our space is intercultural & inter-generational. All ages are welcome. We ask that all of our guests be mindful and respectful of everyone around them.

Of course, it is perfectly okay to come alone if you wish.

It varies. For tea ceremonies, workshops, and guided sessions, there is a firm start time, and the doors are closed once the event begins. We recommend arriving promptly or a few minutes early so you don’t miss out.  For social gatherings you may arrive anytime during the event.

You’re welcome to celebrate with us, but the tea table is designed to encourage shared experiences among all guests, both individuals and small groups.
If you’re planning something more private, we’d be happy to help.  Please reach out about reserving a private experience which is better suited for special gatherings and occasions.

Reservations are available per person. We have a limit of 5 reservations per group, and each person in that group needs to have a reservation. For any groups larger than 5, ask about our private experiences.

It depends on the experience, but you can at least expect unlimited tea for the duration of your stay with us. Many other experiences include snacks and other add ons.

Due to the intimate nature of our space, we have a strict no cancellation / no refund policy. Please consider this before making a reservation.
